Ten Square Games – Fishing Clash

Description

While working for Ten Square Games as Lead Frontend (Client) Developer I had a chance to work on a flag ship game for TSG Fishing Clash. This is probably biggest fishing game in app stores for a long time now.

I worked closely with PO to re-envision development teams forming agile teams with lots of agency and control I also worked with executive producer and production team to plan and implement new production pipeline from scratch.

Responsibilities:

  • Led frontend game client development for top-grossing fishing game
  • Managed team growth, recruitment, and engineering best practices
  • Collaborated with Product Owner on roadmap planning
  • Designed high and low-level architecture for game systems

Key Achievements:

  • Contributed to game success with millions of active users
  • Significantly reduced technical debt improving system scalability
  • Implemented LiveOps strategies optimizing user engagement
  • Elevated team efficiency through improved engineering practices

Among this responsibilities I worked closely with backend development team, formed and maintained a forum to plan long term strategies.
